Donald Lovering’s Credentials

Don is a member of both ASHI and the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He has been inspecting residential and heavy commercial buildings since 1982 both in New England and Nation wide. He is a licensed Home Inspector and Unrestricted Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts.He has been honored by the State Board of Home Inspectors to be an approved continuing Education Provider. He is  Past President of ASHI New England 2002 & 2003. Past ASHI National Membership Chair 2003  & 2004.Active in the profesion and the community .His community involvement has included seven plus years working with the Lower Cape Cod Community Development Corporation, whose purpose it is to improve the living conditions for those struggling on Cape Cod.

When the need arises, Don has been an expert witness in construction, home inspection, slip trip, and fall cases in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont
