Sometimes the correct thing to do is to build a new structure.  This can be a major challenge if you are not prepared and do not have a “neutral party “ to ask questions of. At Advantage Home Inspection, all of our inspectors are qualified by the state to examine and comment on construction.

Other times building up and out  is the right way for you. On occasion surprises occur such as with this photograph no body had any idea the building had a large structure fire.
